Fees Structure

The prescribed fees should be paid by Online Application (ePayment) or Cash or Crossed Demand Draft in favor of "Gujarat State Pharmacy Council" drawn on State Bank of India, Ahmedabad or any Nationalized Bank payable at Ahmedabad. No other mode of payment is acceptable.

New Registration


Fees for Fresh Registration is Rs. 500/-.

If registration is made after 1 year of passing than late charges of Rs. 100/- is to be paid along with registration fees of Rs. 500/-.




For 5 Year Renewal = 500/- Rs.

For 1 Year Renewal = 100/- Rs.




1. 150/- Rs. : For restoration of a name of a person to the Register under Section-34 of the Pharmacy Act in addition to payment of Renewal fees for the year, or years during which the name remained removed at the rate prevailing in the respective year or years.

2. 25 Rs. For Form L

3. Applicable fees for number of years lapsed after removal of name from register.

100/- Rs per year after year 2000 and 10/- Rs per year upto 2000. (So for example, if registration expire on 31 December 2010 and Re-Entry application is made in 2017, then total fees = 25 + 150 + (100 x 7) = 875/- Rs. The certificate is then valid upto 31 Dec 2017 after succesful Re-Entry.

Duplicate Certificate


The fee for obtaining duplicate certificate is Rs.100/- 


Duplicate Renewal Receipt


The fee for obtaining duplicate renewal receipt is Rs.100/-


Good Standing Certificate


Fees for Application of Good Standing Certificate is Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only)


Add New Qualification


The fee for additional qualification is Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only)


Change in Registered Name


For change or alteration in any part of the name, Fee is Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only)


Change in Registered Address


There are no fees for change in Registered Address.
